I recently had a problem with on of the major shippers on a rifle. There was three rifles in the box and the box was very well packed, it must have been thrown very hard causing two of the rifles to bang into each other and breaking one of the stocks. There was no real damage to the box but the shipper claimed the box was not stiff enough and denied the claim. So I was out 300.00 for a new stock for a dragon. The point to all this is a policy change. All guns shipped to me will be shipped back in the same box, If it was good enough to get it here, it should get it back. New rifles will be shipped as I have always shipped them packaged in a padded box. If you want insurance there will be a 20.00 charge for new guns, tuned guns will be 12.50 because of the lower amount of insurance purchased. If the shipper denies the claim it is now up to you to pay for the damages. If you are not ok with this you can purchase a hard case for 25.00 to help your case with the shipper. This is all on top of the standard 20.00 shipping charge. I cannot take responsibility for actions of a rough shipper. Thank you- Leroy Roduner
